I saw Gabriella as I was suffering with frequent migraines and low energy. Gabriella made simple but effective changes to my diet after having me keep a food journal (which was quite enlightening!). Gabriella was recommended to me by a friend. I had been feeling awful for quite a while, and I had also gained quite a lot of weight. I just didn't know what to do or where to start. Nothing I tried worked. At first I didn't really know what to expect since I had never been to a Nutritional Therapist before, but after the first session, I felt that I was in really good hands.
