Strawberry Ice Cream

This delicious strawberry ice cream is perfect on a hot day. It couldn't be easier to make - only 2 ingredients needed. Or if you fancy chocolate ice cream, just add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder instead of the berries.
Ingredients:
2 very ripe bananas (sliced and frozen; over-ripe bananas are best!)
1 cup frozen strawberries
Method:
Add frozen bananas and strawberries to food processor and blend. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend until smooth (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as soft serve or for firmer ice cream, place in an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before scooping.
