Hummus & Veggie Wrap

This wrap couldn't be easier! Perfect for a quick lunch. If you use store bought hummus, try to make sure that the oil they have used is olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)
1/2 cup Hummus
Baby Spinach / Romaine Leaves
1/2 Avocado (sliced)
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
Any other vegetable you fancy!
