I always make beef go very far by bulking out with lentils and lots and lots of veggies. By cooking it in the slow cooker it all becomes part of the sauce.
As always I bulk the beef out with lentils and plenty of veggies. A family favourite.
My husband's favourite. He makes a large batch and it lasts for about 4 days in the fridge. Mix up the flavours with a different toppings in the morning.
