Book a free discovery call with me, so that I can find out more about you and your health goals. Following this, you can make an initial appointment.
Prior to your first appointment, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and food diary so that we can get the most out of our session together.
This first consultation is an information-gathering session. I will ask lots of questions trying to understand what is contributing to your current health issues. We will establish your goals together, making sure they are achievable.
I may suggest functional testing so that we have a clearer picture of what is going on. The results from the testing will be explained in the follow-up session, and the data will be used to individualise your diet and lifestyle.
We will work together to make sure the plan is implemented in a way that is both practical and achievable. In my experience, regular coaching sessions, making sure you are staying on course and feeling motivated, have the most successful outcomes. This is the difference between working with a professional and struggling on your own.

Followed by these options:
2 x 50-minute sessions: £170 (works out £85/session)
4 x 50-minute package: £300 (works out £75/session)
During the course of the programme we will typically meet for a minimum of 3 sessions, and include the following:

In-depth review of your current diet & lifestyle and link them to your symptoms, taking into account your medical and family history.
Personalised nutrition advice, supplement plan and lifestyle recommendations
Checking of current medication and nutrient interaction
Recommendation and interpretation of Clinical Testing (if required)
Discount on supplements
